Slow Mode Options

I totally agree with “Slow Mode” in principle and have been caught in several threads where this is required.

Is it possible that any comments already started could be completed before “Slow Mode” takes effect.

I was just making a final “You do you, I will not be making any more replies” message when it entered Slow Mode.

Understand that the probably answer is it down to the discourse software but thought I would just ask.
