I would like to know what could be the reason for rejecting this wayspot.
Since it is an authentic mural, it is in a nice area to walk, and the truth is that there are wayspots missing in the neighborhood to improve the gaming experience.

Looking at the location on Google Maps, it appears to be on private property in a residential area. Wayspots are not allowed on private property, even if they meet other eligible criteria.
But if you visit the Google map you can clearly see that it is on a public road, it faces the street where cars pass, people walking, etc…
It is not a private neighborhood either.

I haven’t looked up this specific location, so can’t tell if it is on a single family private residential property. But items on the outer facing walls/fences still are not eligible.
