Hello, i took part of the aye aye captain and score in the top tier, which granted me a code for 5 upgrades. that code expired less than a month since it was sent to me (altho it was not announced it would expire).
I opened a topic in the old forum, in which i was told to open a support ticket, which i did and then… months passed and still nothing.
will i ever get my code and the upgrades that i deserves for the work i did in thta challange?

i never received an email or a reply, and the help chat shows no history i can search for, so how is that addressed?

yep i followed up with support so i’m not gonna argue about it here.
What i’d like to ask tho, is that when the codes for the ongoing challenge get sent out, please clearly state if and when they expire, so that agents can plan to redeem them accordingly, thanks

I had the same issue - did you ever receive your replacement codes?
nope, no code, they just dumped some items in my inventory… fun fact i can hack all of those items in like 5 minutes, what i cannot obtain as easily are upgrades codes
anyhow, that’s the past, lesson learn, i’ll plan better for the future

The codes from previous challenges didn’t expire - just redeemed one today - so I had put them aside for a rainy day.
