If that specific wayspot no longer exists (and it isn’t the case that it’s just been relocated to another part of the grounds), then report it in game, and if the report is rejected, you can appeal it here with the evidence that it doesn’t exist.

Ok, but then there is still the discussion about the other stop, which is on private property
Please stop trying to say that this ground comes under the SFPRP category.

This clearly shows the whole area you are saying is private, is not.
If the actual wayspot objects are not there then provide geotagged photos with enough surrounding information that shows that the object is no longer in existence. That reason can be considered. If you say anything about it being private that would be wrong and could make the person assessing the request suspicious that your whole submission is wrong.

It’s nice that you use abbreviations that not everyone understands. But your plan shows me that the stop is on private property! Should I show you on the map where the stop is or do you need more photos? Especially because this is a plan that shows the area as it used to be, the explanation to the right is of course missing because you can’t go further than the restaurant, which is the main building in this plan.

The explanation to right for anyone that follows the link shows the various businesses located.
There is another map that guides you round information points all on a website that is up to date with an event this weekend.
Please try to understand and learn that the term you are using of private property is meaningless in the context of wayfarer for the purpose in which you want to apply it. Several people have tried to get you to understand the difference please acknowledge that you understand there is a difference between private property and single family private residential property.

I’m sorry I missed the above explanation earlier. The property is the private property of a family and is the property of the family that also owns the castle and this mysterious event that is supposed to take place this week seems to have been canceled because there is none taking place there at the moment. There are events there, yes, but you’re not allowed to enter that part of the property, or do you do tours of your private garden/living room?
If it’s a single family private residence, why is there a Puzzle Trail for Kids that has you exploring all of the grounds?

That’s the castle’s official website. They state that there are things in each of those locations highlighted on the map.
So are you saying the official website for the location is completely inaccurate and that this is not a place that people can explore? Everything we’ve seen so far seems to indicate that it’s open to the public and has various things to do on site. In fact it looks so nice that if I was able to go to Germany, I’d like to visit it myself.

nach meinen Informationen ist es der Mühlenturm, da im Haupthaus sich das Restaurant befindet im Ateliergebäude befindet sich ein Weinhandel und ein Atelier das Fachwerkaus wird ab und zu für Veranstaltungen genutzt.
Dieser Bereich der markiert ist darf nur zu 3bestimmten events betreten werden der Stop liegt links der Mauer (was man in meinem Screenshot noch erkennen kann) und ist durch einen weitern Zaun abgetrennt der auf dem letzten Bild nicht zu sehen ist (weil nicht historisch)
Ich habe den Zaun nochmal markiert in Gelb das Stück gehört zum Garten nördlich des Hauses ist ein kleiner Anleger mitdem die Familie auf den Teich fahren kann und der weg dort führt zu der Einfahrt die mit einem Tor abgeschlossen ist welches man auch bei Streetview sehen kann.
Und die grüne Linie darf betreten werden, korrekt?

Als Privatgrundstücke (die zum wohnen) werden in der wayfarer Welt nur die durch eine Familie, privat bewohnten Gebäude/Grundstücke, bezeichnet.
In diesem Gebäude dürfte dann auch nicht 3x im Jahr etwas für die Öffentlichkeit stattfinden, sonst wäre es wieder eine Gemeinschaftsnutzung, auch wenn der Kreis sehr erlesen ist (sie nennen das hier gated community).
Angenommen das trifft alles auf den Mühlenturm, den Garten und das Teichwasser zu, dann könnte was dagegen unternommen werden. Allerdings nur, wenn du der Objekteigentümer bist, oder diesen darüber aufklärst was pogo und ingress ist und ihn ermunterst das Formblatt für Eigentümer auszufüllen (der link ist hier oben im Forum “Remove Wayspots”).
Es ist aufwendig, aber machbar.
Und da ist der Springende Punkt!

Nein weil diesen Fall und diese Diskussion führe ich schon seit längerem weil ich die momentanen Probleme versucht hatte schon früher zu Umgehen was nicht geklappt hatte. Ich hatte auch mal eine Arena auf meinem Grundstück (an der Grenze zu einer öffentlichen Straße aber auf meinem Grundstück, die wurde entfernt mit der begründung Privatgrundstück das wiederherstellen nicht möglich weil es ja auf einem Privatgrundstück steht laut @NianticAaron (es wurde kein Kontakt aufgenommen) und jetzt bekomme ich z.b. von @NianticAaron die Aussage das man erst Kontakt mit dem Grundstückseigentümer haben muss… ich hoffe man erkennt den widerspruch
und ja die grüne Linie kann betreten werden allerdings verläuft auch da der Zaun entlang das ist der Zaun den man auf dem 4ten Panorama Bild sieht (wenn bedarf besteht kann ich den auch morgen nochmal in normal Fotografieren

Das sagt mir leider nichts aber anscheinend haben mehrere so ein Problem
