Stop/Arena Removal

Also jemand meldet deinen POI als “Privatgrundstück”.

Before this starts going in circles, reminding once again (as you have already been told many times in this thread and in previous ones, both by community members and by the Niantic team) that the behavior of your locals doesn’t make wayspots more or less eligible for removal.

If you had read along, which apparently isn’t the case, dear @Xenopus it’s just about showing that there are also stops that don’t comply with the guidelines!!! So that they can be removed!

Please be respectful to other forum users. Just because you don’t like the answers you are getting in here, that’s no reason to be snide.

Yes thank you, I have read attentively, and my reminder remains the same.

And why are others allowed to do that? @seaprincesshnb

Then I’ll help your memory or maybe it’s a comprehension problem I don’t know. I explained again why I’m doing all this and what my motivation is behind it and explained my situation.

No one else has been rude to you. Disagreeing woth you is not rude.

These are guidelines for players. These are not guidelines for wayspots.

As we have told you many times, if their behavior is against the PGO rules, report their accounts to PGO. This is not a reason to remove wayspots. Wayspots are game agnostic.

This forum is for Wayfarer and the behavior of Wayfinders, not the behavior of people who play Niantic games.

So it is okay to say someone is a liar?

I know that these are guidelines for players and your text shows me you didnt read or understand what i wrote… i reported the Players multipl times and the Support of Niantic didn’t react … this is what i wrote eariler 2h ago

This isn’t the right place for lodging further complaints against player behavior. That’s what folks are explaining. This forum is related to Wayfarer only and not related to players in a specific game. If players are violating the TOS of a specific game, you need to lodge a complaint through the game itself and the game specific teams will investigate.

Instructions on how to do so in Pokemon Go
Instructions on how to do so in Ingress

If you’ve made multiple attempts to report in game and nothing has come of it, it’s possible that the game specific teams investigated and didn’t find evidence of TOS violations.

If there’s real world issues happening, involve law enforcement or have the property owners/officials in charge of the property contact Niantic.

@aliccolo its nice that you want to say something but you show me too you didnt read the text i wrote or dont understand it… the links you send i already had gone this way with nothing happen because ingame you cant see when someone uses bad language to you

It would be nice when we get back to the topic so you can see there are stops that can be removed!

Unfortunately for you, there aren’t stops that can be removed based on any of the evidence you’ve presented.

Then look again on the Photos and show me where is the car made of wood?

It’s certainly possible the pinned location is either now or always has been incorrect and should be fixed, but I can find both very old and pretty new photos showing the wooden car, and none of them contain things I can cross reference against the photos you’ve provided, which makes me think that it’s there but your photos are not showing the correct area.

The photos shows the Correct area you can check them with street view and the reason why you see pictures of it is because its an object that can be moved! so no allowed stop

I did read everything you wrote and I’ve presented you with multiple solutions: reporting in game violations using the reporting function, having the property owner or manager contact Niantic, and involving law enforcement. You say you already filed in game reports and nothing came of it. That means the people didn’t violate the terms of service. You say you contacted law enforcement. If you’re being harassed or attacked, you can move forward with legal action via your local law enforcement. Niantic Wayfarer team cannot do anything to police people’s real world bad behavior. That’s beyond the scope of their powers. If the owners/managers of the property want to, they can contact Niantic and make a request. Numerous people in this forum, including ambassadors and a Niantic representative have looked over what you’ve presented and do not agree with you. If you truly want this stop gone, going around and around in the forum won’t solve the problem. A dozen people here have looked at the maps, links, etc. and can’t see a reasonable reason to remove the stops or understand why this meets criteria for removal. If there’s real world issues arising from the stops, involve the property owner/management.
