One of my submissions has been stuck in queue despite using an upgrade. Basically making my upgrade a waste. I believe this has something to do with submitting it around the same time as the challenge. Has this been happening to others as well? Does anyone have any idea on when things might go back to normal?
There is something the Wayfarer Discussion Discord community refers to as “grace period” in which time a nomination just won’t go into voting, even with an upgrade. This time period is variable, even in the same area, and can be from 1-7 days. This is perfectly normal behavior.

There can be a delay as @cyndiepooh describes.
When you submitted this one did you submit others next to it and have any of those gone into voting?
I submitted a dog park next to it, which instantly got rejected somehow. I did the tennis court first and used an upgrade so im surprised the dog park went through first. But I submitted both of them minutes apart and they are about 50 feet from each other.
If its instantly rejected by machine AI, u can try resubmit with different photo
if it was instantly rejected as soon as you submitted, there may have been something corrupt in the photo’s data. as @TjoeMi recommended, take a new photo and try again.
