Problem with the option to add photos to a wayspot

It seems to match level 35 according to reports.

Well, we were told when the Ingress level was lowered to L8 that the PoGo level was being looked into and could be lowered. I think the sale to Scopely may have delayed it, hence why we haven’t gotten any announcement yet.
