Hey There, today my Pokémon GoAccount was suspended with the reason that i submited a missplaced pokestop suggestion. That is true but it was accidental i wanted to create two Pokestops in my village and accidentally submitted Pokestop A on the map where Pokestop B should be. So it was really an accident and both real life waypoints really exist. I put a map in here where to see both locations (blue mark was placed on red mark). When I submitted the Pokestop I did not noticed that there was a wrong location so i did not edit the location afterwards.
Additionaly my Account is suspended for 30 Days which means that it should be my second strike, but I never got my first strike.
Can somebody help me or find a solution? Did anyone had a similar experience? What steps would you suggest me to do?

You may want to add more details for the two nominations (what they are and where they are). That can help employees understand the situation. The more details the better.
As for the the Abuse Ladder (describes Wayfarer suspensions), it does not need to start from the ‘bottom rung’ or warning/1 day suspension. It all depends on the severity of the abuse. Mis-locating wayspots tends to get a 30 day suspension. See the article below for more details:

Have you responded to the suspension emails? One of them should have a link so that you can appeal the suspension directly. @TjoeMi has an example of the emails.
That is your first route and you should include the honest details of what happened. Share both spots and how you approached the nominations.
Otherwise you are free to share the details here. Staff do read the threads and often get back to folks with a DM sharing details.

In the email, there is appeal link. You can either appeal in the email link or wait for staff to DM you here. Be honest and explain it to niantic staff
I missplaced wayspot edit/submission into empty cell on purpose so i accept my suspension. 30days later i come back playing.
I try appeal on my 1st strike (warning) but the reply seems different from yours. Did you receive email like mine? Did you use the link on email? If not, your suspension might come from pogo and not wayfarer
