Got this nomination. The nominations claims public access - the waypoint photo has a sign that clearly says no public access… How do should I review?
I tagged as abuse other and inaccurate. I thought abuse just because why would you put a nomination up stating public access and then include as the waypoint a sign that says no public access… Thoughts please… I did laugh
""The Gables Dog Training
local dog training and feild open to members of the public to use located down the public footpath""
The sign itself seems to be on public property, or it’s at least heavily encouraged for people to get close to it due to the little box to the side that seems to have flyers in it that people can take.

The sign for the dog grooming & training business is on the public footpath. The access drive way is not automatic"right of way". So if the sign is the proposed wayspot the location is ok. You just need a reason to be using the driveway as in resident, visitor, customer.
Abuse seems a bit harsh to me.
Is it a place to be social, to exercise or explore … not for me

The presence of the little box with leaflets doesn’t mean there’s a right of way, there’s only an implied right of access and that’s not the same thing. I’d be suspicious that this business is run from a private residential property from the photo.

It probably already exists as a Power Spot in Pokemon Go then
But in all seriousness, it’s hard to verify without the location. Googling it certainly didn’t get me very far.

If it is private residential property (which for this particular case I cannot see) that encouragement still does not make it qualify as an eligible location.
Good examples are little free libraries, if the object is on private residential property these should always be rejected for that reason, no matter what encouragement there is.

I don’t know what is being nominated here - the buainess or the “art” on the sign? Neither one is compelling to me as a wayspot.

I thought the nomination from the description was the dog field… Which is my concern. Because
From what I can tell the nomination is an unseen field down a not for public access path but is using the entrance sign to hang the waypoint on.
