Changing that one was relatively easy as it was a post 2019 Wayspot.
This one was a pain due to it being around a while and not being able to see the true amount of votes it has with the hidden Ingress votes. It only changed with upvotes from kind people here and badgering people to give it a

Thats mine, Im living in a new built area, I also work as a civil engineer in the company in charge of the works, and Im having so much fun making new clean well distritribuited spots.

I can’t actually remember if it was Crewe or Not,I just downloaded the image as I thought it was quite unique,I remember looking around on Google maps and street view and it was some kind of medical centre or hospital but this image looks like it’s all boarded up
It’s a shame we can’t go back through our own review history on items that we’ve looked at or added comments to…if it pops up again @elijustrying which I’m half expecting it will then i’ll grab the address I’m surprised it didn’t save the location history to my account as there was street view imagery.
There is a Wayfarer tool that lets you do that.
I’m intrigued to know what it is and why it’s there now 
I can find anything from various combinations of Brierley Street, Ludford Street, Crewe, Bread Alone and the names
I saw Crewe Alexandra on it so assumed it was Crewe.
If it is in review with any luck I will see it soon.

I wish I had screenshot the submission post now,I see “Crewe” and “Redford” on the statue but I’m unsure.
I tried to do a reverse Google search on the photo but no luck…if you zoom in on the bottom right of the image it looks like a blurred watermark in the style of a sanitary towel like it was ripped off a website.
I don’t know why Discourse just showed me this today but I want to warn you that repurposing Wayspots is considered abuse by Niantic. Unless the “Restore” is just a new name for “Odana Antiques” and the business has not changed.
