Have you check onsite In pogo apps? Do you have sponsored pokestop around the area? Iitc is no longer updating with wayfarer. So data may not be up to date
I checked and I believe the correct location of that bookstore is <40.903849,14.399936>. So there should already be a PokéStop at that location. And when was the picture taken? It looks a bit strange. Google doesn’t show that bookstore as closed, but looking at the street view, the sign is there in 2023, but the sign was removed in 2024.

but apart from that the stop got accepted and on the location there is no other stop so idk why it doesnt got implemented in pogo

We shouldn’t do that. The articles on the site are copyrighted material and the images used in them are part of the copyrighted material. If you reproduce them without permission, you will be asked to pay damages. Niantic will pay for it, but in that case, Niantic has the right to claim retroactively against you. But that legal process can be very cumbersome, and they may not be able to collect from you. So most cases of unauthorized reproduction of images during such Wayspot submissions will result in a 30-day suspension. Please file yourself now and apologize.

Reviewers can move your pin in voting if they think you misplaced it. You can check where the Wayspot went live with the pogo toggle in the nomination map screen. You have to be physically at the location for this to work. It only works over a very small area, not remotely.
Both misplacing a pin and using third party photos are considered abuse.

Lets await some advice from the team.
Staff will want full disclosure of what submissions you used images from elsewhere. What they decide to do with the pokestops and what you have done is up to them.
