Secondo i criteri Niantic, i luoghi che promuovono l’apprendimento e la socializzazione sono idonei. Le scuole di lingua sono hub fondamentali per la comunità locale, dove le persone si riuniscono regolarmente per imparare e interagire (criterio “Socialize”). Il centro è un punto di ritrovo fisso e verificabile che promuove la crescita culturale, distinguendosi nettamente da un ufficio aziendale standard. Si prega di rivalutare il valore sociale ed educativo della proposta.

Did you give them a link to the business? The link on the sign does not work for me. They need evidence that this business is in operation and to be able to verify that it meets criteria.
Not finding that it has closed is not the same as proving it is open.
Okay so this school exists, is in business, but can’t be contacted? That seems odd. I wonder if the out of service web address was the evidence they had to “verify that the business in question no longer exists”?
Is it for children? Can you prove that it is not? If multiple photos would help you prove this is open and is for adults, you could try using the web submit form where you can submit extra supporting photos.

guarda, la scuola è ancora lì perchè ogni volta che passo in quella zona ci vedo la gente e il cartello è ancora lì.
Temo piuttosto che il sito sia stato dismesso e che non curino minimamente la loro immagine su internet, dato che anche la loro scheda su google nonostante indicasse la via corretta, sulla mappa era orientata male. Comunque ho provveduto a correggere questa cosa, vediamo in quanto tempo google mi accetti le modifiche..

It is a place to learn something, and the OP’s appeal called it a language school. It may not be a government sponsored institution, but it can still be called a school. If this business is meant to educate children, then it is ineligible, and that is what we are trying to find out.
I agree. I would not reject just because some kids under 18 are able to have classes there. The parents are fully aware that adult classes are taught and choose to send their kids to a place, so that means there is no expectation that kids are isolated the way they would be at a K-12 school.
