I have done many but still it shows 0
Whats wrong? 
Can you try logging out clearing the cache and logging in.
Or a different browser?

I was getting this a lot. It would come back in the end and still credit what Id done. I didnt have to do anything special other than refresh the page or come back later

I experienced the same thing on my phone. But when I changed it Desktop mode. My nominations started to show for the challenge [ I use google Chrome ]

But change different browser start working
