Did you raise an appeal through Wayfarer Contribution Management yet? You can have a maximum of two at a time and they replenish 15 days after use.
You need to try your appeal that way first before posting it to the forum.
but if you are interested in getting feedback on information to include in that Appeal, you can share the details of your nomination.

Locations for “Children” up to the age of 18 are ineligible.
Just read your post again, what I stated above is only relevant if the POI is on “School Property”
