Did the rejection email say “our team” instead of “the community”? Unfortunately, I don’t know the exact translation Niantic uses.

If you already appealed this nomination, you should get a decision in a couple days on the appeal.
If there are no rejection reasons after logging out and back in, you will need to improve the title and description. If there are rejection reasons, I would still recommend thinking about how you can improve the nomination to better convey how this is sign is great for exploring nature.
I would recommend waiting at least 24 hours before applying an upgrade, and turning off “automatically apply upgrades” in the settings if you haven’t already.

Personally, I think these types of botanical information cards are great for exploration.
You are unlikely to get a reply from a Niantic employee, and if you do, it’s unlikely to be particularly helpful.
You should have another appeal available within 20 days.
Someone who can speak Taiwanese Mandarin natively may be able to help you better. Are there local wayfarer communities who can help you to improve your title and description?

This is the place where you can “appeal” after reporting the Pokestop which being rejected.
This is not a place where you can “appeal” if your nomiantion for Pokestop which is rejected.
No one is targeting you. You just posted in the wrong place.
It’s useless even you to post 100 articles here.
As for your nomination for Pokestop being rejected, you can appeal in the upper right corner of the Wayfater page.
You have two chances every 20 days. Think carefully, write carefully, and let the officials know your thoughts. If you have any questions, go to FB, Bahamut, or PTT where you can discuss them.

Personally, I hate these botanical cards. When I review, I either select duplicated or impermanent They are thin and tiny, and they can be easily changed in the future for other introductions. Plus, the cards are always introduced in botanical gardens. If the nomination is accepted, there will be a bunch of them accepted every few meters. It’s like avoiding nominating paintings in a museum.

Here are some suggestions for you. I recommend giving up this nomination. A single plant with a business-size card is not appealing to people. According to the address you provided (Google), however, the buildings are located in a high–end community. I am certain you can find a better candidate for the community, including but not limited to statues in a common area, benches in a community rest area, and decorated fountains. Non-resident reviewers cannot access the community or view it via Google StreetView, so please provide as much detailed support information as possible. Before you submit, communicate your idea with ChatGPT, which can provide good suggestions and organization in both your native and foreign languages.

This does not appear to be eligible. I would deem this as ‘Temporary’ as it’s a small decoration that can easily be moved or removed from this patio.
Additionally the patio is someone’s home. Even within apartment buildings/condos - items in common areas are eligible to be nominated. This does not appear to meet that requirement.
