What for I've got banned?

Hello!

I’ve received permanent ban on my account.

I haven’t been banned before even for 7 days.

I also haven’t received any e-mail regarding this ban.

From support, I’ve received only automated emails with links to policy and in the end just got ignored to my appeal.

Is that how Niantic treat people now? Just ban whatever they want without any explanation?

This does not appear to be a ban from Wayfarer since it is about gameplay, so there is nothing staff here can do about it. If it were about Wayfarer, you would have been given a specific example.

All the links included in the email seem to reference the Pokémon GO policies so this looks to have come from Pokémon GO and not Wayfarer.

Similar to the Wayfarer one, Pokémon GO can also skip strikes:

Keep in mind that offenders are not always offered three strikes. Some misbehaviors may result in immediate account termination without prior warning.

As this isn’t Wayfarer related, I’ll close it but Wayfarer staff will be able to respond to you if needed.
