If this Wayspot has been removed but is still around, you can submit a restoration appeal in the Wayspot Appeals section. Please note that Street View is not going to be enough evidence to restore the Wayspot, and you will need to provide additional evidence, such as current photos, that it still exists.
Actually, I did find the Wayspot still exists at -23.562306, -46.681047, under the title Mãe. It may not be in PoGo as it’s in the same L17 S2 cell as Igreja Presbiteriana da Aliança, and only 1 Wayspot is allowed per L17 S2 cell in PoGo. It does meet the inclusion rules for Ingress, as it uses a 20 m rule.

Being this seems to be incorrectly located, you can request a location edit via help chat on the Wayfarer website. If you don’t see the orange chat bubble in the botton right of the page, click on Help and it should show up.
Anyway. It cant be pokestop or gym but it can be power spot.
Please understand that putting wayspot away from its actual location into empty cell is subject to abuse ladder system.

It make me wonder why it dissapear .maybe it was on cell below then changed loc above?
Or maybe it was on the cell to its right ?
If you look at the Street View, you’ll see where it actually is, and the Wayspot has been moved a good ways away, more than 10m. From what I can deduce, it seems to be around -23.562340665459413, -46.68060092940918, which, even if moved, would put it in an occupied cell.
Location accuracy is still important for the map though, and being it’s on the northeast side of the Bauhaus Pinheiros apartment building, it still needs to be moved. A geotagged photo or splat may be needed for the move as well.
My notice was due to submit a fake pokestop. I do not live in the area, nor in the country I took the picture using my phone location, ok, you can judge as not in the exactly place, however review as a fake is not the fair treatment
I am not saying u submit fake pokestop but this wayspot shouldnt appear as pokestop/gym if its submitted in correct location. If it appeared at some point, i assume its was placed in another empty cell. Missplacement of wayspot in incorrect location is subject to abuse ladder system. I am talking about personal experience

It is a Wayspot though. It’s possible that someone requested a location edit to the correct location using geotagged photos/video or a Scaniverse splat, which is also geotagged, and staff moved it to the correct location. Maybe staff also saw that you had placed this in the wrong location, in an empty S2 cell, which would be considered map manipulation and abuse. Location accuracy of the map is very important, and any manipulation of the map just to get a game play location in a certain game is considered abuse.
