Sometimes the Wayspot “I 3 pulcini - Murales” (45,51902° N, 9,14000° E) disappears and, after a few days, it reappears. Yesterday, it disappeared for the sixth time.
This situation began around the beginning of March.
Could you resolve this issue and, possibly, tell me why it happens all the time?

Is there a sponsored Pokéstop or Gym nearby (assuming you’re playing Pokémon Go)? Also, does “Drago Verde Amoretti-Pascarella” appear in game?
No, there aren’t sponsored pokestops or gyms.
The “Drago verde” pokestop appears correctly in game. (I mean Pokémon Go)
There used to be an issue years ago where a certain portal would only show on iitc for me when it was linked to something in game. It doesn’t go away now for whatever reason. Are you saying the Wayspot disappears, or the portal, or the pokestop? [Edit, I read that the other in the cell was the pokestop after posting this.]

It disappers only from Pokémon go (so, the pokestop).

The Wayspot in question is not eligible to appear in Pokémon GO. This is working as intended.
Why?
Niantic won’t tell you that because they like to keep people in the dark and trick them into submitting Wayspots that won’t appear in their games
I don’t know the answer but I can offer a possibility.
Owners of parks/zoos/buildings can ask for a geoblock for the area they own and it can be game specific so that may have happened in this case.
It may be worth following up with the building owners to see if this is the case.
Source: Me, asking about a zoo I went to where there were lots of Portals but very few PokéStops even though they met inclusion criteria.
I imagine it happened a lot when large groups were hanging around for in person raids.
That’s harsh and completely untrue.
I agree that it shouldn’t meet the inclusion rules for Pokémon Go based on what we can see and what we know, but it sounds like @Dany2697 is saying that it keeps appearing and disappearing in Pokémon Go, despite the fact it shouldn’t be appearing at all. So it seems that maybe there’s a glitch with how Pokémon Go has handled this edit and that it has put the wayspot into limbo rather than correctly removing it from the game. Maybe you need to work with the Pokémon Go team to fix that @NianticAaron?
That should not be the case going forward.
