I spent allot of time trying to get an upgrade and it won’t even let me use it. i tried refreshing waiting a couple hours submitting a newer submition but nothing worked. please help

The Upgrade will not work for the first 24 hours.
This was implemented so you do not use the upgrade prior to the Machine Learning (ML / AI / Bot / eMiLy) gets a chance to check it.
It stops you wasting an upgrade on something that could be rejected by ML.
The Upgrade will only speed up the “In Voting” stage by sending in to a wider area of Reviewers.
