Victim of Targeted abuse

After a year break from PoGo, I rediscovered my joy over suggesting POI.
In the last month, I have had to fight against someone removing genuine POI’s.
I dont know which account is reporting the pokestops, but the person I believe is doing this, is targeting especially pokestops that are suggested by me. As far as is known to me, the person in question has several accounts. He most likely spoofs around with the help of software to fight gyms (i think he wants to have 20 gyms on each account), since I never see him around the attacked gyms. Several gyms separated by a few hundred meters are being simultaneously attacked by his account. I don’t mind fighting over gyms, as long as it’s a fair fight. I can’t keep up with someone fighting with the help of bots/software or equivalent equipment.
Since I simply don’t let him take all gyms at all times, he apparently started reporting POI’s I have suggested or are close to where I live. This to me is targeted abuse.
I don’t know what kind of false reasons he gives to get them removed.
I have tried to use the chatbot in-game several times, which was not helpful at all.
I have made a list over some POI’s that got removed lately, which I want to appeal:

All POI’s are in Wuppertal, Germany.

The photos got “tagged” with their respective number.

I understand that most of those “U” POI’s is seen as duplicates, but they are all unique and have their own coordinates.

I have suggested most of those POI several times over the past few weeks, only for them to be removed after a day or two after being implemented in the game.

And on another hand, when i have reported generic streetsigns being POI my reports has been rejected.

Hello @Vassoy
It may or may not be useful but you can choose whether the wayspot shows or keeps your IGN private. Settings on the wayfarer webpages.
The gym activity may have nothing to do with the wayspots.

You can use this form to report malicious activity in wayfarer.

If evidence has been faked to cause removal it will be taken very seriously.

I looked at the first one on the list and it looks like Single Family private Residential Property (SFPRP) which is not allowed and certainly meets removal criteria.
If there are others like this, that would explain their removal?
When asking for reinstatement you should provide geotagged photos to show the objects do exist.

I removed my name a few weeks ago. After that then several POI close to where i live started to get removed insted of my “new” ones.

The surrounding pics are all Geo Tagged :+1:

I can understand why a few were removed, some are very likely on single family private property (1 and 2).

The streetname sign should also not have been approved (in my view), as this is just street infrastructure.

So I’m not sure if it is abuse, or someone just doesn’t agree with these wayspots. Obviously Niantic agreed with whoever reported it.

The trailmarkers can very well be official, but they are clearly also man made, do you have some more evidence that there is indeed an official trail?

We see that a lot of trail markers are being removed by Niantic a few days after having been approved, it looks like there is an additional quality control, so I would not be surprised if Niantic is removing them based upon their own initiative.

Regarding the Trailmarkers:

This should certainly help if you want to appeal the removal of these trails.

First photo proves that (1) is directly on the street

The two others show the wall by “Blauer Fuchs” (2) from different sides

I can see they exist, but both walls belong to single family private property (at least, it appears that way)

Edit: even the fences are not allowed

Single-family private residential properties (SFPRP), farms, and K-12 (schools or facilities primarily focused for persons under 18 years of age) are ineligible. This includes the outer facing facade, fence of these locations, and property boundaries.

The clarification shows that being accessible from the street does not make something on SFPRP eligible, fyi.

“Blauer Fuchs” is on the outside wall that belongs to a multi-family house. Its a few meters further than where your screenshot was taken.
