VPN use in Pokémon Go

Hello I was just reading your message as I got the same message to day for the first time since playing the game and have also not received an email.

Tried to read all all guide lines to see if it’s something that I could have done as well as sending support message to please ask for an explanation to better understand what can have happened

I’m working offshore on a ship 6 weeks at the times and when I’m out her it’s no Pokémon’s spaning so I need to use incense to get them to pop up. Sometimes my VPN is on but have never had an issue with that and it does not change the Pokémon type.

I am a bit confused and afraid to log on again til I get an answer it understand what it would be. I’m spending like 1000-1500 $ every year to join all events and buy all tickets. And as I’m offshore for 6 weeks I will also run out of pokeballs so spending a lot to buy more poke balls as well as remote raids. To join raids.

This sounds more like a PoGo issue, especially if you are using a VPN, which could be seen as spoofing or falsifying your location, which is considered abuse. Only Wayfarer issues are handled here. You may want to check out this page:
