Why am I warned with this? All my submissions are authentic, photos are taken by myself and the nominations are on the exact spot. I was wondering what triggered such warning. I have already nominated so many wayspots however, it’s the first time I got a warning.

Unfortunately, us Wayfarers aren’t given info on why users may get a warning, other than the info that is in the Niantic terms of service and the Wayfarer abuse ladder policy. Even something like using multiple devices in different locations could get you a warning.
Keep in mind that they also list the Player Guidelines, and these could be for any of the Niantic games, i.e. PoGo, Ingress, Peridot, etc. It’s possible that it may not be Wayfarer related, but since you do contribute to Wayfarer, it’s more of a generic response.
Here are the links to the Wayfarer abuse ladder policy, the Niantic terms of service, as well as the Niantic player guidelines. As mentioned before, feel free to use the Appeal option if you believe you should not have been warned.

Didn’t even realized that’s a screenshot from Wayfarer website, not the email.
There was no email. I tried asking them too. But again they don’t respond.

It’s also best to reply to any email or DM that you may have received instead of posting abot this in the forum; the forums can easily be found via a web search online, so not 100% anonymous.
Sorry, I’m completely new here. So I don’t understand much. But he’s a spoofer who got his 30 day ban already so he has no choice but to stop but now that he’s playing legitimately, he’s messing up the community in many ways like that. Both of us are actively contributing and since I already got 8 nominations approved, he feels that I’m his rival so he also reviews and when he saw my nominations he probably tagged my nominations on the queue as fake.
Anyway I edited my post. I hope I could get a hold of the admin and discuss this.

The emails can be replied to. I think they may have said that they have closed the appeal, but you should still be able to reply back.
