Wayfarer agreements not syncing with Pokémon GO medal

Hello,
I’m not entirely sure who this issue should be addressed to, so I’m posting here after being redirected by Pokémon GO support.
I first contacted in-app Pokémon GO support regarding my Wayfarer medal progress, but they advised me to reach out to the Wayfarer team instead.
On Wayfarer, my profile shows 282 agreements, while in Pokémon GO the Wayfarer medal only shows 1 agreement.
I confirm that:
I am using the same Niantic account for Wayfarer and Pokémon GO
My Wayfarer account is active
The agreements are correctly visible on my Wayfarer profile
Could someone please help check whether this is a synchronization issue and advise on how to resolve it?

Please allow me to explain how agreements work and their impact on medals in Pokémon GO.

The agreements section of your Wayfarer profile displays all of your agreements on player nominated Wayspots, even those made when you are not in good or great standing. Only nomination agreements made while in good or great standing will contribute to your progress towards the medal, which could contribute to a possible display difference between your medal progress and Wayfarer profile.

I have looked into your profile and can confirm that the medal progress is working as intended.

Wayfarer rating is based on the number of agreements and disagreements. Here are a few tips to help you review more effectively and maintain your performance rating:

  • Follow the criteria while reviewing nominations, we recommend keeping the eligible and ineligible criteria pages open in a different browser tab for easy access.
  • Take your time and review each segment on its own merit. Read this article for tips on how to review each section: Niantic Wayfarer
  • Avoid using third party tools/plugins or depending on others to decide on how you vote on a nomination.

Thank you for the clarification. That explains the difference I was seeing between my Wayfarer profile and the Pokémon GO medal. I’ll focus on obtaining and maintaining a Good/Great rating going forward.
