Description:
The mural “Ciclos” (Cycles) spans 5,000 square meters and was painted by renowned visual artist Eduardo Kobra on the 10-meter-high silos of the Anaconda wheat processing plant for its 75th anniversary in 2026. It is one of the artist’s largest works and aims to depict the journey of wheat, divided into three scenes: the grain harvest (the one depicted here), the dough being kneaded, and the baked bread.
It is such an impressive mural and I was surprised when I saw that it wasn’t on Wayfarer yet, mostly because it was recent. Unfortunately I almost never pass through the other angles of the silos to take good pictures of the other sides. It is located in Curitiba, the capital of Paraná State in Brazil.
