é la mia prima sfida dopo due anni di stop e volevo chiedere visto che c’entreranno le modifiche il tempo per non avere l’avviso quello “stai andando troppo veloce ti abbiamo stoppato per 2 ore ecc…” sarà ridotto??? Perchè se ci saranno molte modifiche di titoli e descrizioni saranno veloci da valutare e quindi non vorrei fermarmi per non beccare il softban.

Are you sure this was why you were banned? There have been some wrongful bans that went out recently, mainly to do with PoGo G-Max raiding, which Niantic has reversed.
If it was a ban for a location edit (10 ft is around 3 meters, so that would be an interesting thing to be banned for) did you appeal via the link in the email, or at the link at the bottom of this page:
I ask, as not all bas are related to Wayfarer, they may be related to other Niantic products.
they said “softban” which usually just means they got a cooldown.
Even if it was 30 days, they didn’t say if they tried to appeal, and what the reason was for the ban.
my mistake - it took me back to the last post, not this one. i will step away from the computer.
I think I was just in the right place and time. I appealed it, but they said if I appealed again, I was told itcould be permanent
Ok, but that still doesn’t tell us why you received a ban. Also, I don’t think submitting more than 1 appeal for a warning/ban would permanently ban anyone; they just may not respond back and close the appeal.

Has anything actually been done yet to inform people that a challenge will take place in a couple of days?
Most people outwith Wayfarer didn’t know when the previous challenges were starting, what they had to do, how they functioned and what the rewards were.
Getting non Wayfarer geeks to review is already an uphill task. Getting them to do photo, description edits which 90% don’t actually care about seems even more fruitless.
If I’m playing Go why would I not just do variations on a theme?

I’m in the Central time zone in the US, so start time for me is 2pm tomorrow.
Oh, and yes, Daylight Saving Time is on Nov 3rd in the US, so take note that we switch from Pacific Daylight Time to Pacific Standard Time for the end, which will be 2000 on Nov 11th.

The challenge hasn’t started yet. It will begin at 12pm (PDT) which works out to be 9pm in South Africa.
In terms of the edits we will receive more information once the challenge starts, so we just have to hang tight till then.
