usually there is a provided reason for rejection; as you can see in the photo, one is not provided here.
EDIT : I have attempted to relog / reload / clear cache and have also accessed on multiple devices.

Sometime u need to reload. Wayfarer is cranky on that part lately
They said they already tried that here:
So I directed them to make a bug report.
