Are you trying to onboard through Pokemon Go? If you are level 37 or higher, follow these steps:

1. Go to Settings, then Uploads, then you should see the prompt to visit Wayfarer about the tutorial
2. Tapping the prompt for the tutorial should display some information for you to review. This video shows what that part looks like: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EuzvqDwqMPE
3. Restart your game, then return to the Uploads section, and you should see the “New Pokestop” button under “Pokestop Contribution”

If any of this is not what you are seeing, please post a screenshot of what you do see instead

There are similar steps to follow if you are level 10 or higher in Ingress.

Let us know where you are running into trouble. Rebooting your app can definitely help. But if your still stuck, please include a photo.

I don’t mention Ingress in my replies because I know it is easier to find where to make nominations in Ingress than in Pokemon Go. I would be very interested, too, in seeing if there are issues for people trying to access Wayfarer through Ingress.

I am having an Issue. Pokémon go Tells me to Complete the Wayfarer, and when I go to the site linked it does not pop up or say anything about a Wayfarer. Please help

Please restart your game app and you should be able to submit.

If you have read through the onboarding information already (there are some graphics showing good and bad), then please try restarting your app.
