Additional Information (if any): the poi is located within a private structure and is not accessible, it is in fact a private fintona not accessible by non-residents.
This doesn’t meet the removal criteria as it’s not on single family private residential property. Objects in gated communities/other limited access areas are permitted, so long as they’re in a communal area and everyone who does have access to the wayspot can do so safely, which seems to be the case here.
yes but, the wayspost IS NOT in a communal area and anybody but the resident access to the wayspot, I can only access the wayspost if I climb over the wall, which is definitely not a safe way to reach the spot
As long as someone can safely access the wayspot there is no reason for removal. Similar for Disneyland for examples that is closed off and behind a paywall, but still full of wayspots
Yes. When they say we must reject private properties wayspots they mean SFPRP (Single Familiar private properties), so if it’s in an area where multiple people/families are allowed to go there then it’s okay.
Thanks for the appeal, @T4xman. We took another look at the Wayspot in question and decided that it does not meet our criteria for removal at this time.
