Approval was made on January 28, but it hasn’t appeared in the game yet. Spot name is “분수대 근처 벤치” and “수원 sk스카이뷰 머릿돌”. It just appeared at community.

It is likely that the issue is that the wayspots have not met the game distance inclusion rules, and therefore not been selected.
If you can provide the GPS co ordinates we will have a close look and advise.

Unfortunately it is as I thought.
In order to space out pokestops and gyms the Pokémon Go developers chose to use a system of dividing up the surface of the Earth into small blocks.

The key is that only 1 wayspot can become a stop or gym within one of these S2 level 17 sized cells.
You will see that both of your wayspots are located in cells that already have a pokestop. I’m sorry to say this means they won’t appear.
There is the possibility that they may appear as powerspots at some point.
I have used the map on the wayfarer webpages with the help of some plugin tools developed by the community. If you want to find these please do google wayfarer tools.
