I nominated a wayspot and it was accepted before. When i was checking the cells then i realized that the wayspot is slightly inside an lvl17 S2 cell with another pokestop. I cannot move from Wayfarer so i needed to write there can you help me?
Being in the “wrong” cell is not a reason to move a Wayspot. If the current location is correctly placed on the bench with shade structure, it can not be moved again. A move attempt can be seen as an offense that can penalise your account even.

The place that i am selected as far as i remember is in the middle of the benches because of that i am kindly asking if i can move to the right bench. for my point of view this is not an offense is it?
I had the same issue. They won’t moove the wayspot just to make it pop in a game.
The only hope to moove it is to move it to a more accurate place if the current one is not enough accurate.
So i need to nominate same wayspot with right bench location to pop up. is it an “offense”?.
I wouldn’t say offense but it could be considered as an abuse.
Edit: did you nominate the bench?
there was total of 4 benches each 2 was seperate. So i wrote the name as benches and selected middle of them.
Maybe (and i say maybe) you could try to nominate one of the pavillon if it’s not nominated yet and that you’re approuved wayspot is indeed for the bench.
That would probably end up being rejected as a duplicate
