Not all POI’s are included in all games, but this information will make it easier for people here to help you.

Your POI shares a cell with The Junction Shopping Center Map, this is not a bug.
Under the current rules, only one POI per cell can appear in Pokemon Go.
Moved this out of Bugs since it is working as intended.
