Wayspot on private propery removal rejected

close it thx

That doesn’t look like a single family home with that many mailboxes

You might be looking at a different building. The plot that this windmill is on looks like it could be SFPRP and doesn’t have multiple mailboxes:

Is it actually the garden of that house though? There seems to be no way to access it directly from the house. The only way in appears to be a small gate that’s next to the public sidewalk. For all we know, it could be a community garden of some sort.

Actually, they don’t! Although I would say that plot belongs to the house, the access is through a gate (that has a lock) from the pavement and there is no other access to that plot.

There is no way a person fits through that.

Think that is just the perspective remembering that the pavement is higher than the “garden”. Even a fat lad like me would get through

My thoughts are that even though its bigger than most I see this as a garden ornament. I have a stone windmill in my garden (about a quarter of the size).

Is this meant to symbolise anything, does it mark where there used to be windmill. Any plaque with any history?

A cat might not even make it through!

Eh, it’s not that large. It looks appropriate for a private plot which doesn’t have direct access and where the owners don’t sit and appreciate it.

Ooh, I take it back. A cat would get through and so would you and I. A little bit of an unpleasant squeeze..

I notice the house itself and that plot have the same fence and the exact same style of gate, as well as having this route joining them.

Larger than most “Garden Ornament” but if it was anything else I would assume there would be some “history” / plaque etc…

Thanks for the appeal, @Mathias8650 We have already taken necessary action on the Wayspot in accordance with our policies.
