Hello, I just wanted to know why my nomination was rejected by the automated process.
Location: 45,7741149, 8,0959706
Title can be roughly translated as: “Scopello - Potshed with Peony” and the description as: “Small potshed decorated with peonies and a mountain landscape”.
The wayspot is not on SFPRP as those are detached from any house near them and do not belong to the same family. Can be visible on streetview and it’s a really safe place to walk.
Welcome to the forums
It looks like SFPRP to me. The decoration is on one of the garages. Each garage is owned independently unless you can prove otherwise.
Thanks but wouldn’t SFPRP only mean residential bits and not garages/sheds?
SFPRP stands for single-family private residential property. These garages are residential not commercial, so fall under SFPRP.
Garages belonging to a business would not fall under SFPRP.
So if these garages are not owned by a single family the wayspot can be eligible?
If the individual garage that the decoration is on is shared by multiple residences, then this garage would not be SFPRP.
If a garage is in a row of garages, each of which is owned/used by a single residence, then each garage is SFPRP (comparable with terrace housing).
Would be a bit of an headache to prove that, better leave that nomination rejected.
Thanks a lot
