You have two appeals, each on a 15 day counter before you can use it again. If you don’t have the “Appeal” button, then you don’t have one to use.
I would not appeal this nomination. It appears to be on SFPRP - single family private residential property - which is strictly not allowed, even if you can access it from a location off the property.

I see this when i take my dogs for a walk for figured it would make a good stop
