Mistakes happen. Even on appeals. I don’t think this falls under the criteria, as it does not provide directions on a hike trail or alike, but just on objects in the park that can be wayspots themselves, wich would make signs like that redundant. It’s just a directional sign, that’s not an eligible wayspot.. although there do seem to be a lot of them about. See Trails & Markers
