It is obvious that this Wayspot is a map information board of the park.
And according to the latest street view photos, we can find the original location of this Wayspot had two wooden piles and handrails.
Comparing with the original Wayspot picture (marked in red circle and yellow circle), we can find that this notice board has been removed.
Finally, based on the year of the street view, we can deduce that this notice board was installed and removed between 2012 and 2016, which is completely consistent with the age in the photo. (11 years ago)
