Hi there, I’m not really sure why the ML decided to reject this nomination. Any feedback would be much appreciated.

Welcome to the forum. This post will most likely be moved to Nomination Support as Wayspot Appeals is not for this use.
I knew I had seen this photo before, and see that we talked about it on the Wayfarer Discussion Discord. We do not know exactly what the Machine Learning (ML) model that is the “automated process” looks for, but I would guess that it thought this was a generic business.
It is allowed to appeal an automated process rejection to internal (human) staff, but I am not sure how they would see this. The photo is washed out, and may possibly have your reflection in the full version. Also, I am not convinced that training in a skill equals exploration criteria, which is how institutions of higher learning can meet criteria.
If you do decide to appeal this rejection, we get 2 appeals, each on a 15 day counter before we can use them again. I usually try a resubmit before I appeal if I am convinced it is an eligible and acceptable nomination, per these guidelines: Wayspot Criteria — Wayfarer Help Center
Is there a possibility of getting banned for resubmitting an already rejected POI even though I’ll change up the picture?
Spamming ineligible submissions can be seen as abuse, but this means several times for a blatantly ineligible thing, especially after having been told it is blatantly ineligible.
This is borderline, so you are fine to amend and resubmit.
Hello @RizwanAnver
It was the auto process that rejected it, so you are doing the right thing seeking feedback and taking it into consideration.
I think this is a candidate that sits in the middle.
It probably needs some other photos to show it at its best.
I think there is quite a lot of education required at a place like this. Certainly more than you might get from an information board.
However I think that a key here would be around social experience.
Could you tell us more about the activities that take place here.
Is there space for students to socialise in. Is there any art work inside - perhaps show casing some hair designs.
