ยิมนี้ตั้งอยู่ภายในพื้นที่ส่วนบุคคลของบริษัท/โรงงานอุตสาหกรรมปิด (SMC Corporation Limited) ซึ่งเป็นพื้นที่ห้ามเข้าและจำกัดเฉพาะพนักงานเท่านั้น บุคคลภายนอกหรือผู้เล่นทั่วไปไม่สามารถเดินเข้าไปเล่นได้อย่างปลอดภัยเนื่องจากมีเครื่องจักรหนักและมาตรการรักษาความปลอดภัยที่เข้มงวด

นอกจากนี้ บริเวณหน้ารั้วโรงงานริมถนนสาธารณะก็ไม่มีทางเท้า (Sidewalk) ที่ปลอดภัยสำหรับคนเดินเท้า หากผู้เล่นต้องการจะตียิมนี้ จะต้องมายืนเบียดชิดกำแพงโรงงานตรงทางเข้า-ออกรถยนต์พนักงาน ซึ่งเสี่ยงต่อการเกิดอุบัติเหตุทางรถยนต์เฉี่ยวชนสูงมาก จึงขอความกรุณาทีมงานช่วยพิจารณาลบยิมที่เป็นอันตรายและอยู่ในพื้นที่จำกัดนี้ออกจากระบบด้วยครับ ขอบคุณครับ

I do hope that Niantic will consider removing this gym for you. This would never have been accepted as a regular submission. Meanwhile, if this is actually a place of worship, you should submit this as a Wayspot:

I am sorry but pokestop or gym doesnt have to be accessible to everyone. There could be worker in that factory that could use it safely. If you cant access this wayspot safely, please consider finding other gym/pokestop.

The object that this wayspot represents does exist at that location and is safely accessible to the people who are allowed to be there.

It doesn’t look particularly eligible, but it isn’t obviously ineligible and clearly breaking criteria, so it is very unlikely to get removed. It being a gym means Niantic should be taking care, as people do abuse the system to move gyms to their preferred locations.
