Wayspot Removal Appeal: why?

Hello! Why this wayspot has been removed? Accepted by team member, still here. Maybe not the prettiest one, but next to pedastrians/bike path and public transport stop. Safe area with lights, always there someone is walking/runing or biking, kids going to and from nearby school. No other pokestops close nearby, so encourages walking and exploring.
