If you mean that an accepted wayspot does not show in game then the most likely reason is https://community.wayfarer.nianticlabs.com/t/why-an-accepted-wayspot-may-not-be-used-in-pokemon-go-s2-cells-and-pokemon-go
As stated in the Accepted email not all wayspots will be used in all games.
If you would like us to confirm please post the Title and GPS Co-ordinates (found in the 1st email when you nominate) and we can check.
