This my first post here, i hope its ok that im asking here.
I just sent some pics and description about a pokestop that is not updated in the game.
Its a road square that us not looking like in the picture anymore, as the city Municipality rebuild it and it look very different.
And i tried to update the pic snd the description and i got refused.
Any suggestion why? And where i can see the discussion about it?

Hi, welcome! I would suggest sharing screenshots of what the wayspot currently looks like and what you are trying to update it to. Note that you can’t always just change a wayspot to something it wasn’t before, and it’s not possible to have this discussion in abstract terms without seeing what it actually was that was rejected.

This looks to have changed so drastically that updating would not be allowed, you would need to delete it and submit the new thing again.
Also, roundabouts that do not have an official way to access it are ineligible, you’d want to show that it is accessible per this definition too

Hi, yep pretty much what I thought, as @kawin240 said it’s hard to even tell if this is the same area, so that would likely be a more drastic change than must a photo update. And it seems to have lost its pedestrian access, if it ever had one. If it’s not accessible via a clearly visible crosswalk, the only thing you can ask for in this situation is a removal, unfortunately.
Thats a bummer, most of the pokestops in my area is not up to date, i guess the one who uploaded it is a old player…i just returned to play a few monthes after a loooong break…my acount is from 2 days after the game was out…lol
I think that means that half of the pokestops i visit are ineligible…
How that was aproved anyway? Weird
In the very distant past some rules had still to be found, some clarifications didn’t exist, the information was not presented and provided as well as they do now, even if things were not allowed back then a bunch made it through

You are submitting (and editing) Wayspots to Niantic’s database. Wayspots are used by Niantic games Ingress, PokemonGo, Pikmin Bloom, Monster Hunter Now, and Peridot. Our Products – Niantic Labs
For minor updates, yes, try submitting new pictures.
If the Wayspot is now a completely different thing, I recommend submitting the new thing, THEN delete the old thing, and your nomination should appear.
The problem is they denied my new one, there for I can’t delete the old one
