As you can see, I wanted to add this pokestop MUCH EARLIER, and community rejected it because of nonsense reasons. Now I’m reviewing others nominations and I see that EXACT SAME POKESTOP is in the game. Why my nomination was rejected if community accepted SAME NOMINATION from a random guy? WHAT A HIPOCRISY!!! And what’s more, THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAPPENED!! My nomination list looks like this: one accepted, million rejected. I don’t know why it’s happening, but I want let you to know that it’s disgusting. I’m spending my free time riding and searching interesting spots worth to add and then it’s above one month in voting only to be rejected for no reason.
If this is a music school for children under 18 years old, then your nomination was correctly rejected and the one that has been accepted should be reported and removed.
No it isn’t, and don’t turn my words on me, because the point is that anyone other than me can add my rejected nominations and it will be accepted. Please don’t be offended, you need to understand my frustration about it.
I don’t think that hankwolfman was turning your words against you. When I look up that title in the duplicate nomination you are reviewing, it shows me a website with links for “parents and students” which usually indicates a school for students under 18 here. I can’t navigate the website well enough to find exact ages listed but I would have made the same statement if he hadn’t said it first:

It very well could have been that this was mistakenly accepted by the ML (machine learning ai) model. I can’t imagine any way it could be that reviewers did not accept it because you submitted it. I realize how frustrating it is to have a nomination rejected and then later see it live from someone else, but it happens.
I understand how frustrating it is to nominate something and it doesn’t get in. Sometimes it takes a few tries. There are threads on the forum where people share ideas on how to improve nominations. You can read through and share some of your own if you want in Nomination Support.
I have had this happen. But such is life.
I don’t know if one of my submissions might have been for something that someone else submitted previously unsuccessfully - they may be upset, but I would be none the wiser.
Some things are very obvious targets to submit.
There isn’t a big flashing box on the submission screen that says some has submitted very close to this location and been rejected, so you can’t submit here…
If you say that out loud it does sound a bizarre situation.
No one owns the right to be the only person that can submit at that location. As part of the process of “our” submission we often develop a sense of ownership, but its not real.
Yes its frustrating however having had a good vent, come to terms with it.
