What happens here?, need expert reviewer help

the case is this, I am reviewing a “new” wayspot, this new wayspot is on top of an old one, but is not fake (the sorruouding are is the same as the old wayspot) but the old wayspot is still there on the game (not in real life anymore, the old waystop is under the new one) so the questions are the following:

1)just to clariffy, marking as a “duplicate” is wrong in this case, or is not?

2)should I just accept the new mural? will this override the old one? I think not, so how can I make the new stop visible if the old one was there first but now is not there ?

  1. if the new wayspot is over an old one, but the old one was/is on a private property, how can I report the old wayspot before rejecting the new one? or is not posible? (because if I leave the current review page it will be imposible for me to find the old wayspot)

thanks for the help

Hello,

Just to confirm, this is a Mural that has been covered by another Mural?

Staff have stated that in a case such as this including Murals this should not be treated as re-purposing.

IMO: The correct procedure would be to…

  • mark the new one as Duplicate (the new photo will be added to the original waypoint).
  • Contact Help explaining what has happened (they should remove the old photo).
  • Title Edit / Description Edit should then be done.

Good luck.
