What have we gotten approved while on a trip to play a Niantic live event (PGO or Ingress)?

The most recent round of travels for GO Fest led to many wayspots being submitted by pur community. I will kick it off with the 2 ive had approved so far. I have 1 in voting i will wait to get a result for before advertising.

This might be a chain, but it’s definitely a “local” chain. On their website, i could only find 2 locations listed, so that feels ok for a local chain to me. This is live in PGO now.

This is live in Ingress. It’s a map in a hotel lobby showing where all the points of interest are in the Tudor City neighborhood.

I know others got things approved in NYC, Madrid, and I’m sure at events in previous years all over the world.

Just to keep this kinda limited, if your own city hosted an event, maybe don’t show us every single wayspot youve ever gotten aporoved there. Lol.

Not at o fest or ingress, but over the last month ive submitted at close to 100 things, im basing this on using up all my pogo submissions and being down to 9 ingress submissions, bearing in mind i get 1 each back a day lol

Submitted this POI on the golf course in Pasadena during the 2024 Tour event in Pokemon Go - my eyes lit up when I saw “Tuskegee Airman” and I quickly researched this man’s extremely interesting life. Look him up! He was notable indeed.
