Please tell me the difference between this tiles?
Or is just random opinion?
I moved this to nomination support, since this is about discussing different nominations. While the appeal section is used for appealing decisions of Niantic.

Imo the difference is, that in the first post the tile lays at an exercise station (slagline, or balancing somehow). With the removal there was one exercise station deleted out of bunch.
In the second case the removed tile lays by a bus stop. There seems to be nothing you have reached when you’re there. Only the tile for itselves. (Yes I know it’s a route …).
That you can apply ad every trail marker… that there is nothing there, except the route
here is the busstop the poezie refers to it, like sleeping between the houses and trees waiting on the bus something like that it means, the tiles are numberd so you can follow it the routes, here you also have a sign
The routes is made out of tiles, sign boards map whit poezie on the back.
So it fit all 3 categories explore excercise and some are also ad great Socializing places
Like in front of community center.
Swimming sport centers, ad shopping center and the poezie always refer to the locatie it is.
Really dont care or it get restored or not, just pointing out, that niantic measure whit diffrent tools 
Since other tiles where accepted and most are already a wayspot since begin of the games. This was ad same.time it get removed other one got accepted by appeal
But i have a plan! I will update in few days whit the awnser.

Just to proof that evey day diffrent standaards, critiria of just a opinion from niantic or no awnser ad all
Just like the other one get accepted in appeal one day before someone deleted the 3 tiles because i bring up for a 3 time this link. Where they couldt remove a fake tile, so someone from niantic read it got frustrated deleted the fake double tile and oringal tile and as bonus 2 extra tiles close to mine location.
But how i need to nominate if every day you get a diffrent opinion.
This route brings you to all kind places for the community, all inportant places Socializing places sport, art, nature, inportant busstops, bingo locations, where you can vote. Big community parks whit playground sportsfield. Ad museum, churches.
Not one in front of singel private home.
If you would follow this route you know every inportant location, fun places, Socializing, sport place in town and more.
I will update when i have time to make pictures, probally ad the weekend, or next week city hall need to be open its inside somewhere the map

cityhall. And celebrating of 15 years.

Ok, in your linked post the result is, that they moved the sculpture to the right place and removed all tile related wayspots in the surrounding, right?
In case of the poesie route:
- each tile lay in front of a “attraction”
- each “attraction” is/was an own wayspot
- there’re no arrows or something like that, which would make a tile probablly to a “decisionmarker”

They only changed the location they didt remove the fake tile ad that point.
Fake tile where removed months later when i shared the link in other topic, on how random.the decisions are from the niantic team.
The other route tile also dont have arrows
And yes most attraction/inportant locations are a waspot, but the tiles can be a great addition as powerspot to those locations or extra portals in other games, since the always lay in public space in front of the inportant locations. And some as a wayspot
It are also not self made mozaĂŻek tiles.
Short version.
- It fit the critiria, explore excercise , Socializing depends on the location
- Its official route multiple links
- Not selfmade like mozaĂŻek tiles, to benefit a singel player ad home,
- Since 2009 there, 2012 renewing and in 2022 the replaced the broken or ugly tiles for new ones whit same poëzie tekst
- All in public space none in front of singelprivatehouse, or private property
- I stop before the list get to long again

I tried to make it shorter to discuss better about it.
In case of the exercise tiles, the removed tile represented the exercise station (= 1 wayspot). With the removal the whole station was deleted.
In case of the poesie route, you prefer that the tile should be accepted on its own (= 2 wayspots).
That’s imo a different startpoint.
They refer to this tile that was removed and restored,
The poezietiles where already wayspot for 9 and 6 years.
So why those tiles get restored and here removed? And why only those 3 removed and not all poezie tiles?
Is it because its a poëzie route on great public social locations? Or they prefer sport tiles mostly in front of houses and park as better wayspots?
A explanation from niantic would be helpfull.
