Yes. You get 2 appeals, each of which refreshes after 15 days, so you need to wait 15 days from when you used the first appeal for it to come back.

The rejection reason states “The submission is not permanent OR distinct”

I believe that your submission has been rejected on the basis that your supporting commentary has failed to show reviewers why this café is distinct and unique (in other words, not a generic business). Comments that refer to nearby resting spots and seeing people playing pokemon nearby do not strengthen your case.

You should definitely submit an appeal (or a fresh nomination) if you feel you can show what makes this café distinct.

Here is an example (not perfect) of what I have used in the past….. “Nomination is a bakery and café. It meets the qualifying criteria as being a good local place for socialising and exploration, is not a chain store, and is a favourite gathering place amongst the local community and workforce. It is the perfect place to meet, relax, and have some breakfast, coffee or lunch. It has highly positive reviews through social media and review channels such as Google where it has an average of 4.6 out of 5 star rating (based upon 490 reviews) and has 26,300 followers on Instagram. It offers an opportunity for people to sit, chat and share a drink and a meal with friends and strangers alike. Nomination is readily accessible with safe pedestrian access evident via sealed pathway”

Be sure to include any links to the business website(if it exists) and any articles on the café that support your case.
