I have just been having a discussion about submitting picnic areas and thought I would share this more widely.
Why are they so often rejected for being indistinct or temporary, when they have a concrete base and are visible on satellite?
Why do the appeals team say they are ineligible?
And why are some accepted easily?
Here are my accepted ones. I can’t figure out the pattern as to what’s good, what’s not, and what the appeals team wanted.
Well personally i would resubmit this. It looks way more permanent than just table and bench
The hotel one might be seen as not permanent but not this one. Especially the left table
I will try, but I want to understand why the appeal reviewer told me these are ineligible first.
