Here are mine
Funny how they’re both seating related.
This will probably change later today as I’m expecting this to get accepted
Edit: This got accepted 20 minutes later
Here’s mine!
Annoyingly the walking trail marker got moved by reviewers to an incorrect location (there were 2 markers within 100m or so at different junctions) and it took me multiple edits to get it put where it is supposed to go

Let’s hope it’s accepted this time.
All of my first ones are very local as I was building up my area, so I don’t feel comfortable sharing those.
I’ll let you know they were a giant rock, a bridge, a post office and a playground. Nice easy ones to get accepted.
The oldest one that’s not super nearby is this one.
Most recent accepted (I have a bunch from later than this date on hold) is a lovely bunch of trailmarkers.
Makes note to go and edit tgat title joking …….or at least I think I am
I would love to see some from the niantic team but I don’t even know if they submit nominations or even review them out of work hours. I doubt they do but there’s a chance.
I know that Tintino definitely submits things. At last London GO Fest his nomination was on my showcase and I’d shared that on the previous forums.
Not sure on Aaron, Atlas and co. I can see that NianticThia at least has the silver badge for reviewing on Ingress too.
I wouldn’t be surprised if the others don’t because i can’t imagine they want to do work related things on there off hours.
You had to appeal that stunning sundial? Yikes!! That’s a really bad first experience
I never even got a rejection email. I found out it was rejected when I figured out the Wayfarer website.
I was more surprised this wasn’t a Wayspot yet, as it’s at the sidewalk entrance to the parking at the airport, next to a garden and the flagpoles. And yes, it does tell the time quite well!
Definitely surprising no one had done it already, but a nice one to have on your submission list!
I am a bit bi-coastal, but both my first and most recent full up wayspot have been on the east coast of the US.
My first!
My most recent accepted wayspot.
Wow!! These are so cool!
First nomination:
My first Nomination was a Wooden Statue on the main street of Caboolture, Queensland, Australia. It’s The Caboolture CM (Country Music) Dog mascot, Dusty. Submitted on April 5 2013. Interestingly, Caboolture is where Keith Urban grew up and learned to compose and create music. The Original carving was wooden, Dusty is now a sand stone statue.
11 years and 1200+ approvals later, my last Approval was “Remember the Olzard Family” just last weekend, August 31 2024, about 2hrs drive south from here I called in at this really small Historical display at an old Timber Town called Benarkin. I spotted this bush track with a sign pointing to a 100 yr old Bunya Pine. I knew there’d a be a sign or a plaque there. Turns out it was sign dedicated to a the Olzards, a Pioneer family and a tree planted in 1922 by Arthur Olzard, right next to their house. The Olzard’s house is no longer there, but the tree sure is, so straight and tall. The Bellbirds were amazing too.
Love doing Wayfarer.
