A sign that simply warns about danger of moose crossing the road: What do I select to disqualify it? I mean, it “can be visited by pedestrians”, “it’s safe and publicly accessible by pedestrians”, and “the submitted photo, title, location, and description (if exists) is accurate and informative”.

If you think something is a common or mass produced item, I would recommend selecting ‘Permanent and Distinct’ to reject the nomination.
Additionally for this one o am curious about being pedestrian safe if it is along a roadway or highway.
I would also downvote for not being Permanent and Distinct. It’s an indistinct sign, warning one to look out for wildlife in the area, and many places have signs similar to this. We have a good deal of signs to watch out for deer where I live, but most aren’t safely accessible, as they are by highways and other busy roads.
