What's wrong with the community?

Hello.
Maybe you can help me.
The community in my area is very strange. This religion Statue spot, which is publicly accessible to everyone, no one is blocked or otherwise noticed in a negative way, has not been accepted by the community for the second time after just a few hours. I have already added a lot of Pokestops in the game and accept or refuse from the Niantic page.
I know the rule well.
I don’t understand the world anymore .
No explanation, just rejection by the community. Why? I’ve also changed the picture, but rather immediately rejected from the community in hours.
I send you some picture from my nomination. I play the game in English, live in Italy and my mothe language is German. Don’t confuse.

I don’t see any problem for a Pokestop.

“Wayfarer criteria” as a rejection reason indicates this was rejected by Ninatic’s ML (machine learning ai) model. Your email should say “our team” instead of the community.

My guess is that your main photo is too close in for ML to tell what it is. I am usually advising people to have less background in their photos to avoid confusing it, but in this case, I would guess that it would need more background.

If that wall is SFPRP (single family private residential property) or if there is no safe pedestrian access there, then this was correctly rejected. As a person who has never left the United States, I have trouble judging these issues for other parts of the world. But this looks like SFPRP to me

Nachdem deutsch eine weitere deiner Sprachen ist, antworte ich mal so :hugs:
Bei den bereits existierenden Spots kann es sein, dass sie entweder schon sehr lange im Spiel sind (bevor es Regeln gab), oder die Reviewer zu nachsichtig waren.
Die og Regel gilt auch wirklich nur für Einfamilienhäuser.
Es ist nicht möglich dir eine bessere Beratung zu geben als, wenn es SFPRP ist, dann ist es verboten.
Tatsächlich könnten die anderen sogar alle entfernt werden wenn sie gemeldet würden.

Schön mit jemandem deutsch zu schreiben.

Ich gebe dir zu den Regeln 100% Recht und will dazu auch gar nicht gegen angehen.

Wie schon geschrieben, werden immer und immer mehr Stops dieser Art erstellt und das ist auch gut so.
Melden wird hier niemand etwas, hier wollen alle Fans spielen und jeder Stop mehr ist ein Segen :hugs:
Dann war mein Titel sogar total daneben, denn die Community hätte diesen Spot mit Herzen angenommen.
Andere Länder andere Sitten, wir haben nun mal keine tollen Parks oder vielleicht coolen Grafitti, dafür unsere Religion mit tausenden von religiösen Ecken. :pray:

Apropo, die Fotos waren und nur eine Ecke irgendwo in Italien die ich gerade bei Niantic gefunden habe. :rofl:

Great that you have such a good community, but be aware that SFPRP applies to all communities the same. I would advice to stop submitting SFPRP wayspots because these are not good wayspot locations.

And please know if it becomes evident that you are intentionally going against Niantic rules, your account could be suspended. This is not to threaten you, just to inform you that, local preferences aside, Niantic can choose to enforce its rules, so better to adhere to the rules.
